MSRM US753 Wi-Fi Extender Setup Using a Browser:

• Make sure your internet connection is active at home.
• Connect the expanders to the Wi-Fi router in the MSRM US753 socket, then switch them on.
• Now, just click Wi-Fi to scan and join to a Wi-Fi network that reads MSRM SETUP using your phone, laptop or another mobile device. It will not be protected at first, no password.
• Search 192.168.10.1 or Ap.setup/admin. Open the browser on the same device. Now you’ll be routed to a page to enter a password and an admin username. In the boxes ‘Name’ and ‘Password’ write ‘admin.’
• Click on the button ‘Repeat Mode.’ Now, select the Wi-Fi network you’d like to add from the Wi-Fi network list to your existing Wi-Fi router.
• Two options are now available for you, whether you need the present router ID configuration to set a new name and password (SSID). Choose the one you want.
• On the next page, the MSRM extender network must be customised. When necessary, enter a name (SSID) and password. For 2,4GHz and 5GHz networks respectively you would have to do this twice (the password must be the same as that of the router).
• You are directed to a page till you click on ‘Next’ to review the options. Wait two minutes for the extension to commence until the startup is completed, then you may again plug your computers into the expansion network.

MSRM US753 Setup via WPS method:

• Make sure that you have a power supply to both your main Wi-Fi router and the MSRM Extender Setup. Make sure you are near enough to find yourself.
• Click the ‘WPS’ button at the rear of the Wi-Fi router. For 2 minutes, on the MSRM field extension below, press the ‘WPS’ button.
• The MSRM repeater can be connected automatically to your primary router’s Wi-Fi network.

Check Firmware On MSRM US753:

• Make sure your expansion unit is ‘ON’ connected to a power supply.
• Scan and connect to the Wi-Fi network using your phone, laptop, or another mobile device that says ‘MSRM-xxx’ You can also utilize Wi-Fi. It will not originally have encryption or a password.

• Press and hold on the device side of the reset button by using a pin about 10 seconds till the extension is switched on.
• You may notice that the LED can turn red after a while, signifying a reboot.
• Only around 30 seconds can be reset by the power LE Drive in the extender to reboot.

• Open the browser on the same machine and find the ‘http:/193.168.10.1’ or New Extender Setup.
